BINCL - binary coded decimal 10mm LED clock
I have some SMD Atmega328s and bought some 10mm LEDs
Inspired by David Watt's binary clock
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UjB4Tzx5fH8It's not binary binary, but every decimal digit is. There's something about white diffused 10mm LEDs that I can't look away from :)

The blue is still a bit too strong, even with a 1k resistor.. meh. (edit: progger runs on 5v, not the tested 3V3 :D )

checking resistor values. Yellow gets 100 ohms, blue 1k ohms.

As soon as I've had send the board, I just knew that new ideas would flood in. Here's a list of improvements for the board.
- bad pin planning: could have spared the RX/TX line and add an "FTDI" pinout, this way I need to program via ISP only
- add a transistor to the ground of the LEDs for dimming
- add a photo resistor for checking light of environment
